We have been trying to create a little fun when the kids are on the jobsite. It started with paver buildings. Trying to keep the kids out of trouble and doing something a little useful, we told the boys they could “build” with the patio pavers. We directed them as to which ones they could pull up to play with. By doing this, the area the plumbers needed to access to was cleared! Score one for us!

Earlier this week we sent oldest son to school a bit late because concrete was being poured. We wanted to give the kids an opportunity to make their mark.

Then tonight we took them swimming! Ha, ha…they enjoyed it, though. Too bad it did nothing for cooling us off.
